Once in awhile some workers are
A little confused when giving the customer
A coupon credit by going through early doubtful of the coupons being embrassing...like a policecheck???“

To the management and franchise owner -- treat these employees like gold cause other fast food places in the area have this professional. I would definitely return“

“Decided to stop and grab the steakhouse whopper on march 20th, Hands down best burger King I've ever had, customer service was a1 definitely the most comfortable I've ever been eating at burger King, would highly recommend this location and who ever was working the windows around 410pm on March 20th deserves a raise.“

Interesting fact , the sun had set and while waiting at the window I got a first hand view of two spiders getting their order taken care of at the same window. 1 small the other large, both fighting over the Beatle just caught in the shared web hanging off the donation box. “I wish I had caught her name, but I wanted to take a moment to pay a compliment to a member of your staff. I went through the drive through early afternoon on 4/9/24 and had such a positive interaction with the lady working the window. She saw my name when she took my card for payment and addressed me by name as she wished me a good day. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me! I feel like it’s so hard in the service industry (especially in a few minute interaction in the drive-through line) to connect with people and she did that! I was touched and have never had that happen that I can recall in my lifetime. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her excellent customer service and for making a quick interaction feel personal and human.“

“Seems like a fun and laid back place to work, eat, and generally enjoy. The service is quick and to the point, staff are always kind and 9/10 times they have answers to your questions if you have any. Food quality is what you could expect from a fast food chain.“

“If I can leave 10 stars on service I would. The young man greeted me right away and said he would be right with me... He tried my gift card which didn't work for some reason and when I was short on change he gave me a discount and made it work... Super cool Young cat who I believe if there was more people like him around the world wouldn't be so bad. He definitely should get a raise for going above and beyond... The music was bumping too! I liked that! I'll definitely be coming back to eat here .

“Amazing. Went through drive-thru twice this morning once for breakfast and once as SOON as lunch began. They had my food ready amazingly quick. I was upset I forgot to ask for ketchup and they made sure ketchup was in the bag without me even asking. Informative, fast and very considerate. Thank you!“
