I was in there July 31st and ordered the family meal. The 3 cheeseburgers were fine, but the 3 whoppers were very poorly put together half the toppings not even on the bun and the fry’s were old. I called, the manager said she would put my name in the book. Ok cool fine. Went in a week later and was told I only had 5 days to claim that. I was never told this. If I had been I would have came in in the 5 days. Been told nothing they can do but to talk to night manager who was there who works all sorts of crazy hours. This is ridiculous.

Let's be honest, it's in a not so desirable part of town. The building is old so it's not going to look very appealing. However, what makes this Burger King stand out for me is the staff I will drive out of my way past a different Burger King just to get to this one because the staff will always friendly. You'll find a diverse variety of personalities eating here, it's always friendly

The two woman working 11/19/24 are rude I'm spending my money you give me what I what. She tells me my total and slams the window and walks away and start laughing that is very rude. And I asked for no eggs on my sandwiches and I tell her no eggs she snatched the bag out of my hand and tell the cook no eggs on the sandwich no I would like my sandwiches fresh will she do 2 seconds later that's not cooked fresh. Corporate you guys need to do something about it I am allergic to eggs

Yeah this was the worst. Just the absolute worst. The employees just talk down to everyone and give so much lip. My buddy decided to order something but I decided to walk because the lady at the register was just rude. Better to drive 3 minutes more and go to McDonald's on 12th.
