I ordered double cheeseburgers without pickles to take home. When I got there I discovered they gave me single burgers with a pickle only on the burgers. I got riped off and I will never stop at that location again!

Thanks for giving COLD food when you made the wrong sandwich in the first place then replace it with a cold patty and refrigerated cheese and don't even heat up the sandwich!! $6 for something you have to wait an hour to eat when you get to somewhere that has a microwave to heat it up at. Horrible.

Asked for light sauce on my spicy crispy chicken sandwich and this is what I got!! Couldn’t even pick up the damn thing without sauce literally being squeezed out of the bun. Not just off the meat but there was so much sauce, the bun soaked it up. I am now eating the bottom half of my sandwich with a slice of bread. Light sauce means light sauce.
Incredibly dirty place. It is enough to make you lose your appetite.

OMG do not eat here. Don't even use the restroom. This was by far the worst restaurant I've been inside. The bathroom was nasty. Have not been cleaned in days. The lobby was dusty and dirty. I mean dead flies and bugs in the window seals. I had to move seats to avoid dead bugs from falling into my food. I almost vomited trying to eat.

They have no dine in. They make us go to the “front entrance” sign says, but you go all around to get Roa. Locked door where no one opens!! ? with 5 kids!! Put up a sign no dine in or something!!
