Went to this Burger King, as every other fast food restaurant in the area had cars wrapping around their building, but at this location at 5:30 pm there was no one in line. As soon as I had an interaction over the ordering board, I quickly understood why. The young lady working the window was rude and spoke in a condescending tone both at the ordering board and when I reached the window. As soon as I got my food, more disappointment, as I ordered onion rings and the onion rings were either so old they had become mush, or not completely cooked through. I’m not sure which one I’d prefer. Due to time constraints, I was unwilling to turn around and have them replace the food. Burger King used to be my go-to as I worked for one years ago in high school, but it’s very obvious this location is struggling due to issues with customer service training and food quality, and it reflects in the completely empty parking lot and drive-thru line.

The crew thats in right now actually puts care into making your sandwichs. The perfection i saw was outmost needed. As of the crew here at 10/24/25. I wish i had money to tip because its definitely deserved not to the grey haired guy working tho or else everything woulda been 5 stars. Im very appreciative to the sandwich i received. Also was colder in there than outside i almost feel tho.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches include a burger bun, mayo, disgusting wilted lettuce that was most definitely not fresh and the chicken was dry. Slacking on those ingredients and that lettuce was absolutely disgusting. Wont be back unfortunately, been a BK fan for many years

On 06/07/2025, I placed an online order at 7:49 PM. At 8:32 PM, I called the store to ask why my order was taking so long to be ready, as the Burger King app was still showing it as “being prepared.” The manager was extremely disrespectful and said it wasn’t his fault because the driver hadn’t come to pick up the order. I asked why the app still showed the order as being prepared, and the manager hung up on me.
At 9:01 PM, I received a message saying that the driver, Nickolas, had completed the delivery. The message included a link to view a photo of the delivery location, but the picture only showed the building I live in and was taken from the street. I never received my order.

Ive been to othrr Burger kings in Sioux Falls this one just dont have great. hashbrowns thay wear gross Maybe thay didnt change the oil either that it was gross Hopefull thay fix this problem Other wise that everything was great

Wow this must be the only BK left in the USA to still have hot food. Everything was on point. The guy doing drive thru was excellent. My order was correct and it was hot and delicious. To the management and franchise owner -- treat these employees like gold cause other fast food places in the area have this professional. I would definitely return
