I’m in Burger King drive-through and the guy on the microphone he answers the mic what do you want and then he asked you what else in the most rudest way and I’m sitting here watching him do it to every car the point that you can hear from your car is sad make you think is it safe to eat here at night I hope you all deal with this

I have ate here a few times and this time was my last i ordered two Whopper meals Both With heavy cheese, one with only ketchup, and one with no pickle no tomato. My patties were dry. There was one piece of cheese on each burger which i was charged for heavy cheese. And no toppings horrible. Its been bad last few times but absolutely the worst tonight!!!

I come almost every other week to order a two whopper meal deal. The frys are usually older and the burgers are fine. But the man that takes order always seems to hate to be there and always rude over the speaker: he also missed one of my medium frys, he handed me the fry ( no bag) and walked away when I was speaking to them. As an adult he needs to figure out a new job or find a way to enjoy this one.

I am diabetic and my sugars had dropped very low. I normally do not drink soft drinks. When I asked the person taking my order for some guidance all I was told is "we have Coke " products. I had no idea what to get to drink to try and get my sugars back up. I simply just said Coke, then I was asked what size. For someone with very low sugars it seemed like an impossible task just to get something to drink.I probably will not go back to this place.

I used my free fries coupon and got the 4 piece chicken nuggets. The drive thru service was fast. The fries were crisp on the outside soft on the inside with just the right amount of salt. The fries and nuggets felt fresh. It was a good 3pm experience.

My family and I went to eat here today and the manager was very loudly berating an employee who was sitting in the dining area for being late/missing a shift. The manager was standing behind the counter and very loudly reprimanding the employee who was sitting in the dining area in front of customers. I spent 4 years active duty in the Marines and was an NCO and have held countless leadership positions since good leaders do NOT publicly humiliate, dehumanize and discipline a subordinate in public. You praise in public, discipline in private. This man was going out of his way to humiliate his employee in front of customers and it was a disgusting display of disrespect and a total lack of integrity. This store also has all kinds of tacky pro-military decor all over it and “God bless America” Knick knacks and for a place that values the military so much, they do not even come close to having bearing, professionalism or integrity. As a customer, I don’t want or need to hear about crew discipline. I don’t need to hear the manager and other crew gossiping like high school girls about other crew members and being petty and passive aggressive about a crew member in front of him, whether or not he legitimately messed up. It is so incredibly unprofessional and unethical and frankly, cruel. It was very uncomfortable and unfair. I did tell that manager his behavior was unacceptable and his leadership skills were sorely lacking and to do better. And I will be reporting him to corporate HR. Don’t treat your employees like crap and definitely don’t do it in front of customers. Discipline behind doors, privately.

Drive through…Had coupon to try the big chicken crispy deluxe sandwich. The fries were perfect as always . The chicken was full of a thick cartlidge weird texture piece . And not just a little bit of it. It was a big ball throughout most of the sandwich and the other meat just didn’t feel good texture wise either . Overall the flavor isn’t that great either. That is just my opinion. Nothing beats the original chicken sandwich. As far as I am concerned. For what One pays for a sandwich, I wish the quality control was better on the meat that is served .
