I dare you to go into this location at night. Dirty, drug addicts, and hit or miss quality. It's far from the days of Tom Walsh, Mike Leslie, Al Jones, and Dakota King. Slobs work at this location and if I'm slandering at all sue me! A Large Whopper Meal is "like" 13 or more☹️. Three or so blocks away at Perkins for 14 you get such a better quality burger, sides and service. If you want to think I'm exaggerating find out for yourself! Completely all around bad.

The food needs to be consistent. If my burger is hot my fries are usually cold and disgusting. If my fries are hot, my burger is usually Luke warm. Both should be hot . I've only had hot fries twice and it's disturbing they would even be served Luke warm or cold.

For the second time we have not gotten the order we paid for. Both times an item has been missing from our take home purchase. I even asked if everything was in the bag, but did not check after an affirmative answer. We will be either going inside or holding up the drive thru to double check everything from now on. Also the food was cold. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon.

Ordered $27 worth of food giving BK another try after a long time. I was missing a bunch of the food I ordered(wanted to try the wraps and didn’t get the two I ordered, missing a large order of fries), chicken nuggets are super over cooked, food was cold even just going two blocks to my home and all of the food looks sad. Nothing has changed. I guess it will be another 10 years before I try again.

Don't go here for breakfast. People in the kitchen are shorting customers. Instead of the standard 2 slices of ham on the breakfast croissants, they only put one slice. I'm sure they're probably doing this all morning long and by the end of their shift, they have enough food to take home and feed their family on your dime. I called and complained, but nothing changed. I'm done with this place. Plenty of other options out there that don't cheat their customers.

Stopped here to pick up something for the road. Ran I side cuz the drive thru was busy. The lobby was a pit. And there was only 1 person in there. As in filthy! The kitchen floor and prep counters in the kitchen were so gross. The staff was unprofessional (I know there young) but still. The manager was not in control of the situation at all. When I went to get napkins and a straw the area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2020! I’ll never be back. Not even thru drive up after seeing where the food was prepared and who was touching it. Burger King has really gone down hill since it went from locally owned to corporate.
