Ehhh my first cheeseburger was a bit.. bleh to say the least but the second one I got was hot and fresh so it evened out. Was kinda dirty.. tables weren't wiped, bathrooms were ratchet, was random bits of 🗑️ strewn about the lobby.. considering they weren't terribly busy, I didn't understand it but wasn't overly bothered with it
When they have specials (new items etc), they should give them a number or letter for ease when ordering. Staff friendly enough, but pickle fries way overcooked. Serving much smaller than before. Too expensive for small amounts of fast food.
The food needs to be consistent. If my burger is hot my fries are usually cold and disgusting. If my fries are hot, my burger is usually Luke warm. Both should be hot . I've only had hot fries twice and it's disturbing they would even be served Luke warm or cold.
