Haven't been to burger time in while but they changed their fries there not good anymore and drinks ar almost half the size as normal every thing was hot and didn't take to long but the price went up. But your getting less food for more money that kinda sucks. Probly won't go back. It was so much better when both locations were open.

What happened to the fries? They used to have good fries and you would get a lot. The ones I got today were over seasoned and burned looking. $13 for a combo meal with crappy fries.

i ordered a spicy hamburger and it was worse than nasty. they put store bought salsa on my burger and called it spicy. fries were mid. they charged me extra for using card. i tried to force myself to eat it because i don't eat out often but i ended up just tossing it out.

We have always been loyal customers of Burger Time. We drove in today from Rapid City. We were very disappointed in the good and service. The w 12th street Burger Time was so much better then this one on 10th. We definitely won't be back.
This place used to be a staple in the area. But it’s sad to say that it’s probably time to hang it up for burger time. Unless you enjoy a greasy, sloppy mess I’d recommend literally anywhere else. Surprisingly the soggy fries have a unique and enjoyable flavor but the slimy texture ruins it.

Well, this place is a good choice for Hamburgers, sure does beat Mc Crap. Burgers was tasty not flatten like Mc Crap and it was Pippin hot. Highly recommended. One more flaw. Please Please go back to the fries before. The fries just didn't cut it. Highly recommend go back to the old style fries.
