Went to pick up some food for my son and friend and right off the bat girl was so rude. Pretty sad I had to ask her to not have an attitude when I asked a question.. unfortunately she continued to be rude and sarcastic. I was so disappointed at that moment. I have never been to this one as I only knew about the one in Saint Cloud MN and I never in my life was treated so horribly by that one. Well then got home and gave them their food and my son spit it out. The nuggets were not cooked and the chicken sandwich was rubber and he said mom I am sorry but I won’t eat this. I took a look at it and said I don’t blame you. Fries were still cold and undercooked. 38.00 in the trash.
Haven't been to burger time in while but they changed their fries there not good anymore and drinks ar almost half the size as normal every thing was hot and didn't take to long but the price went up. But your getting less food for more money that kinda sucks. Probly won't go back. It was so much better when both locations were open.

What happened to the fries? They used to have good fries and you would get a lot. The ones I got today were over seasoned and burned looking. $13 for a combo meal with crappy fries.

i ordered a spicy hamburger and it was worse than nasty. they put store bought salsa on my burger and called it spicy. fries were mid. they charged me extra for using card. i tried to force myself to eat it because i don't eat out often but i ended up just tossing it out.

The burger i ordered tasted really odd for some reason. Couldn't finish eating it which sucks because BT is usually pretty good.
