This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing....read full review

Here are the Cons: Asked for mayo on sandwich - not put on it; Asked & paid for extra cheese - not only did I NOT see or taste the extra cheese but I couldn't even see the regular cheese!
