Everything at CH Pâtisserie was absolutely wonderful. All the pastries were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — you can really tell that care and skill go into every item. On a business trip I found a Hidden gem. Breakfast croissant was the best croissant this Montrealer has had. Delicate and perfect mix of bacon and eggs on the inside without it being wet and soggy surrounded by a generous flaky and buttery croissant. Bought extra patisseries to go and A case of the macaroons for my clients who were thrilled. Happy day!

I’ve traveled all over the world and generally take pride in knowing where the best bakeries and coffee spots are in any city, because life is too short to have bad baked goods. To that end, the macarons here were shockingly good - as good as I’ve had anywhere - and the raspberry atelier was great, too. Easily the best pastries I had on my trip to Sioux Falls.
