On multiple occasions the bar service has been terrible and slow. The bartender dissappears into the back area for long periods of time. By the time he returned he had so many table orders piled up he couldn't get to refilling the drinks of those sitting at the bar. Table service has always been good.

Food was fine, but they charge an extra service fee, 3%. And then explain at the bottom of bill that it isn’t a part of gratuity, just a fee. So this is hidden fee,
just more money straight into the company pocket? Seems “Crooked” to me. What next, fee to park, fee for lighting, fee for silverware?

I am from the Twin Cities in Minnesota so I wanted to go here. It was slow which is what we hoped for but they were out of the appetizer we wanted to order and they were out of one of the tap beers we wanted to order. South Dakota? Badly run restaurant? Who knows? We were there on Saturday night at about 7 pm. The waitress was very nice but it just looks bad to be in that situation early on a Saturday night.
