We went to Culver’s on Minnesota for a quick dinner, we came to order and asked for just a minute while my child decided what to get, they forgot to turn off their headset and made a passive aggressive comments about, ‘how there isn’t people behind you waiting’. After working most of the day, just overall wasn’t kind when we were tired and wanted a quick supper. We did decide to leave without ordering.

I called tonight to complain about not getting the extra cheese I paid for and felt awful soon after... here I am complaining about extra cheese while all of the crew is working hard though covid and doing the best they can and sometimes overwhelmed! So I am sorry. You guys keep doing what your doing. I again apologize for calling in!
The food is amazing without extra cheese and the service is always amazing!!
