Come for ice cream and regret it. Girl who works on register was nice but she was only one who worked there and also served tables. And till she come to serve us ice cream was melted.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered pretzel bites, a banana split, a blizzard, and a peanut butter parfait. There was no mention when we ordered of being out of anything or unable to make anything. We get up to pay and the guy says we took the banana split off because we have no bananas and then promptly shuts the window. No offer to let us order something else, no apology, nothing. He hands us our peanut butter parfait and blizzard, says here you go, and shuts the window. We got 1/2 way down the road and realized there are no pretzel bites. We went back. My husband went in for the missing item. Still no apology, no "thanks for your patience", nothing. It wasn't busy enough that the discourtesy could be excused by being busy.
Today I thought I would stop by and treat my family to some malts to go. While waiting to order, I decided to also buy the family a meal instead of cooking. (It's so hot out) I ordered 2 6piece chicken strips baskets and 1 childs chicken strips meal along with 2 large malts and a small malt. As I was unloading the food to serve, I realized I was shorted 3chicken strips, two pieces of garlic toast and 2 ranch dipping sauces! This wouldn't bother me to much because accidents happen, but for the cost of feeding 3 of us this treat, I'm upset!! Now I tried calling to let the location know of the mix up, and was disconnected 3 times. Whatever happened to customer service? I won't be visiting there again.

I recently brought my kids to the Dairy Queen on 57th Street during a slow time, and we had a great experience. The food was hot, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. Everyone was friendly, and Jadon took our order like a pro. We will definitely be back!
Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the ambience music and the icecream!

Delicious food which for me, never disappoints. Very nice employees and staff, service which doesn’t take long, and overall pretty fair pricing for all items, which you should expect and receive in great quality.

Almost every time I have came to this location they struggle to provide customer service. Great food with it being very clean but employees always make rude or sly comments when coming into the location letting them know I placed a mobile order. “Well your going to just have to wait” “next time the customer asks for that your going to tell them no and they can speak to me” -this comment came from ordering a a cookie dough blizzard and than letting them know I would like it to not have the chocolate syrup which on the app it does not allow you to select that. Your customers should not pay the price for a poorly built app that does not allow for functions that your customers like. Train your employees to not be rude.

When she handed me might dipped ice cream cone. The chocolate on it was still soft and it was so humid outside that the ice cream was dripping from the bottom of the chocolate.

Bailey was totally awesome, she made sure the french fries were super hot and fresh and the chicken strips were fantastic as well. She made the cotton candy blizzard for my son which he devoured he wanted to go to Dairy Queen on 57th St. he says because it’s the best I say Bailey is the best, what a great employee you have thank you so much!
Parking: There was plenty of parking available in the drive-through lane look like it was moving pretty fast
Kid-friendliness: My son and his friends were smiling ear to ear, and every child in the restaurant looked super happy with their blizzards, their ice cream and their food. It was a great experience.Bailey again took care of everything and everyone, I know she had help but she was front and center.
