Clean. The little gal with the beautiful tattoos was super friendly. We had 2 free blizzards. And she was happy to give us another free item, a pup cup. Let me refill our water travel mug. Watching the staff looking like a well oiled machine.

Several folks came in to get cakes personalized. Staff was able to do this very quickly. Folks were pleasantly surprised.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and got 5 nuggets, this place is so stingy with food and portion sizes. In addition fries were crazy soggy and bread was hardly cooked and just smothered with butter.

What can I say? It was suppertime following a long day of travel. Our goals were something fast, tasty, and treat-like. Burgers and blizzards were just the thing.

When you ask for no ranch, and the person who delivers your food confirms there's no ranch, you really hate to find ranch when you get home with your food. Super disappointing.

This Dairy Queen’s twist cone machine is NEVER working!!! U are an ice cream place and can’t even make ice cream. Don’t get it. No other Dairy Queen’s have this issue just this one. Probably been broke 5-10 times we’ve tried to go here.

I ordered a spicy chicken strip sandwich, no tomato. I received a regular chicken strip sandwich WITH tomato, no spicy sauce.
I thought the fry size was small for the price.
Gentleman in the kitchen was quite loud in carrying his conversation (6/1/25 @ 11:30am).

Ordered a pickup order. I came inside and simply asked where I was suppose to go for a pickup order. And I was screamed at by the lady behind a counter and then they said they would make it but next time I would have to stand in the line through the door to pick up my pick up order ? I've been coming to this dairy Queen forever. But this got me. I would have been willing to wait I just wanted to know where to stand for pickup cause I didn't assume I'd have to wait on that long of a line. I would have went through the drive through knowing this. Treated very poorly.

Ordered chicken strip basket at drive up. Got home, no texas toast and cold, unsalted French fries. The only item that was good was the chicken and gravy.

Bad customer service kicked us out for putting are feet on chairs and then had to eat food on the sidewalk until my mom could pick us up. Overall not good.

Lunch hour service is the slowest around. 5 minutes for the clerk to take my order even though I was only one. 10 min to recieve my order. Always same guy who is the slowest person I have seen workin a fast food counter.

Ordered a 6 honey BBQ chicken strip basket, the chick at the window told me 6 piece and was charged a 6 piece no soda, got home and realized it was only 4. My fault for not looking before leaving
