Ordered a blizzard strawberry cheesecake. They forgot to put the cheesecake in it and it was runny even though they flipped it upside down it was no blizzard very disappointed, especially when I had to pay six bucks.

Well usually DQ takes a bit but the service here is a bit cold no please or thank you just entitled workforce that feels upset your even in a drive through line. Smile when you talk it comes through the speaker o can spend my 20 bucks elsewhere and wait less so step it up folks

I placed a mobile order online for me and my colleague to be ready at 11 o’clock. I went to the drive-through to tell him I was here. Told me to pull to the back of the store to drive-through spot Number 2 I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my food after 20 minutes. I was upset so I go inside and my food is just sitting inside. I ordered 3 piece chicken strips and these tiny pieces of chicken is what I got 🤦‍♀️ (bbq in picture to compare size)

Chicken strips were cooked very well done like trying to eat shoe leather, when I called management three different times within a few weeks I got the run around every time and was told they would be mailing out coupons which they never did. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken strip basket.

Clean. The little gal with the beautiful tattoos was super friendly. We had 2 free blizzards. And she was happy to give us another free item, a pup cup. Let me refill our water travel mug. Watching the staff looking like a well oiled machine.

Several folks came in to get cakes personalized. Staff was able to do this very quickly. Folks were pleasantly surprised.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and got 5 nuggets, this place is so stingy with food and portion sizes. In addition fries were crazy soggy and bread was hardly cooked and just smothered with butter.

When you ask for no ranch, and the person who delivers your food confirms there's no ranch, you really hate to find ranch when you get home with your food. Super disappointing.

This Dairy Queen’s twist cone machine is NEVER working!!! U are an ice cream place and can’t even make ice cream. Don’t get it. No other Dairy Queen’s have this issue just this one. Probably been broke 5-10 times we’ve tried to go here.
