Outstanding service on large orders for work.
Good food. Need to say they're stingy on the parmesan garlic sauce on the sauced and tossed chicken strips. The last two times I ordered it, it looked like they barely drizzled it on the chicken strips. :( There was only one time, the first time I ever ordered it, it had a good amount of sauce.
Incredibly slow. Employee states they are understaffed and running on 2 people for the entire store. Had to acknowledge myself at drive through after 10 minutes. Would be helpful for staff to acknowledge right away and notify they will be with them when able. Cars driving away after ordering food. Sounds like similar issues based of reviews for months. Probably shouldn’t open another location with a double lane drive though if you cannot staff it.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a clean and fairly new location with fast and fresh dining service. Their burgers and onion rings are a hit, and kids love their ice cream with kids' meals. While some chicken strips might be shorter than pictured and sauces can be light, the staff goes out of their way to make the experience good. The food taste great, and the chicken was perfect. They also offer custom cake orders, perfect for special occasions like birthdays. The employees are very kind and create an active, fun vibe.
