Ordered at 4:10pm. Said it was made at 4:38pm driver left at 5pm and drove by my hotel 3 separate times. It is now 6:42pm the app says it was delivered and I still have no food.

50 minute delivery, called and asked for an update sent to wrong address and white on the phone, delivery person knocked at my door. Then store employee hung up on me while asking for rebate. Lack of communication or playing screw a good companies name.

Holy slow. It’s a 50/50 chance on any delivery order that it’ll take 20 minutes or over an hour. When called, they always say that have a big order and are understaffed or another excuse. That’s nice, but not my issue - plan better or give me an option to change the store I order from in the app.

After waiting 50 minutes for my carry out order and listen to the workers talk about delivery orders being put in front of carry outs I had to get a refund as I paid online since my order hadn't even been started yet. Not even an apology.

Horrible service, and when I called and complained I got an email cancelling my order, but they still tied up the money I spent. Won't see that for 2 to 5 business days. Do yourself a favor, order your pizza from somewhere else.

Domino's on Minnesota Ave is so dirty and smelly, save your time & money and go somewhere else. After placing my order online I get to the store and my wait time keeps increasing and increasing. I witnessed the manager be rude to a women & refused to give her a refund because apparently he didnt know how to (i highly doubt that, given hes a manager). She wanted a refund because of how long it was taking. I told the manager to cancel my order and walked out, luckily i hadn't paid online. Beware, and go somewhere else, I recommend 57th as soon as I got there my order was ready. The staff there have always been friendly and professional towards me.
