I have been ordering from this neighborhood Domino's for nearly 20 years, great service and many times they know me when i walk in. month or so ago placed a pickup order and it said 8-13 minutes so I jumped in the car to arrive approx 15 minutes later. Must have been purchased by a new owner and new staff. It was horrible, hadn't even started. Waited 57 minutes for a single topping and then got home and it was the WRONG one. Last night I decided to give them another shot and same thing, got there and hadn't even started. Will not be giving this location another shot. Moving my business to another location.

The pizza was really good. I was passing through with my kids, Iam not from the area. I'm giving 5 stars because the guy looked like he was having a really rough day, but he still was very polite and attentive to our order.
I wanted to give him a hug you could tell he had been crying.
so instead, I'll give a 5 star review. the pizza was very good gone in 5 minutes!!!! (date visited 7-10)

Worst Domino's location ever. Estimated time when ordered :17-22 min. Real waiting time to get three pizzas: 55 min. If you need 55 minutes to prepare the food, at least let me know when I am ordering so I can decide either to continue or to look for some other place.

This was the final time I will ever order pizza from this location... The last four times I've ordered from this location the pizza has not had any sauce on it, like if they put any on it it must of evaporated in the oven leaving the pie dry as a saltine cracker but yet greasy from the cheese n over baren of fake garlic when there isn't sauce to balance everything out.. totally uneditable every time... I've tried to contact corporate to maybe train the workers better or to maybe find out that that's their new cheap way of saving money by putting no sauce on their pies but never have I got a response... I was done after the third time it happen which was months ago but yesterday my brother was having brain surgery so I picked up pizza for everyone that's been waiting 10 hours for him to get out of surgery, I even asked for extra extra sauce n if anything I'll show up to the store if it's bad this time... Pizza was dryer than and tasted like a dust fart... but by the time I got to the hospital my brother ended up bleeding out on the table. They was able to get more blood in him but he still hasn't woke up yet.. I didn't have time to call the store or run back there... Plus shouldn't have to... Not sure how hard it is making pizza but I guess this store must think it's rocket science cuz they can't get it right ... Been eating dominos for 40 years n it's sad that I can't order it anymore...

Placed an online order and was given an estimated wait tim of 14-18 minutes. Arrived about 15 minutes after placing my order. I wasn't greeted then watched a staff member take a phone order then move to making a pizza without washing her hands or putting gloves on. Mentioned it to her supervisor who also noticed it. He made her aware of what was seen, she took 10 seconds to wash her hands and went back to making pizzas without gloves! Top this off with the text messages not working, a wait time nearly double what I was estimated for an online order - not happy. Supervisor did apologize and added extras to our order for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the apology, it doesn't ok food prep without proper hand washing or gloves ok.
On 06/24 I ordered chicken bacon ranch with plain wings, these people delivered one disgusting pepperoni pizza to me. I carried it, trashed it and let it slide. I placed another delivered order today by 06/26, same chicken bacon ranch with plain chicken, and on top of that I had explained the situation to the lady who took my order, and she assured me that there won't be any more mistakes, 2 hours later order didn't get delivered to me, I called the store one dude answered, I wasted my energy, explaining to him of the situation, he placed me on hold forever and never got back on the line, I hung up and called back again and got ahold of the lady who took my oder, hoping that she would do something about it. Once again, she assured me that my order will be delivered in 15 mins, though i didn't trust her, 2 hours later my order never got delivered to me, I called back got ahold of one of their rude managers, and once again I wasted my time explaining myself all over again, and this rude manager did nothing, but to just dismiss me and closed the case just like that. I really didn't want to write a review on this, and i was ready to let this one slide too, but for the manager to behave the way he did says a lot about this store.

Terrible experience. Wife ordered a pizza I wait outside for 20 minutes for them to bring it out as instructed on phone. I went in to get it they said 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes my name came up on the screen. They hadn't even started making it. Left and got a refund. Do not use this restaurant!
