Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We had the double bacon cheeseburgers . Food was good. No issue there. Issue was tables were dirty. We went to 3 different tables and all were dirty. Cashier didn't say anything to us when we placed our order, just looked at us. We saw a couple ask an employee to clean a table before they sat down . She cleaned that one table and walked by the others were dirty. Numerous employees would come to the drink station and get supplies but no cleaning was done. Trash can at the front door was nasty. Plenty of employees were working while we were there but they all stayed at their station and nobody seemed responsible for cleaning the dining room. This happened at the Fayetteville,NC location at 5:30 pm today and they were not busy.

Very good burgers that make me go back for more. The bbq brisket smash burger is to die for loved it guys. Best burger ever

An employee in the kitchen had no gloves on and was putting chicken into the fryer basket with barehands. They then went and handled other products. That's a major issue. When I called and spoke with the shift supervisor, she said it wasn't a big deal as the chicken comes already cooked and the fryers reheat it. What an unacceptable response. At worst, the employee was handling uncooked chicken and cross contamination was an issue. At best, an employee is still touching multiple goods with his hands and cross contaminating between finished products. There's too many subpar restaurants in SF to go to, you can skip Freddys and be just fine

The only bad thing about the place is the access to it. The line for the fast food place to the north of BK was so long, and backed up I almost just went home, but i'm fat and wanted to try their Grilled Cheese banger

We went through the drive through in Carmel, IN. 2 of the 3 burgers were to be plain and had cheese. Went into the store to get them fixed and waited a long time to have them remade and still have cheese on them. Was given a refund and waited again for them to be remade a 3rd time. The third time they had the bottom half of the bun and 2 plain patties but not a top to the bun. At this point I gave up and didn’t eat lunch. I have loved Freddy’s for a long time but it will be a LONG time before I go back.

They stole money from me! I ordered through Freddys website for delivery. Ordered three meals with concretes. The meals were delivered but no concretes. Called the Freddys in Sevierville Tn were the food was ordered from and told them and they said that’s not there fault and can’t do anything about it! They said they have a sign up telling the drivers to go in cooler and get the drinks so it’s not on them. I explained it is because I ordered through their website not DoorDash! He said nothing they can do! I already paid of course through their website so I am out my money and food. He said he can’t do anything and hung up on me! That is theft!!!

Everything was great except our fries on that visit. They tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for quite awhile.

Hot and tasty. Was asked a few times if we needed anything by a passing employee. Nice, clean dining room. All good.
