I so wish we could give 0 or negative stars. That's how terrible it was. I was at the Louise Ave location tonight 4/23 at 930pm. My family and I ordered 5 concretes. The employees working didn't seem to want to be there.The girl brought us the 5 concretes all at once, in the wrong sizes, set them all on the counter. We asked which ones were which as we ordered 4 different flavors. The girl looks at us and says "I don't know." Then after them reading the menu and trying to figure out which was which, she admitted to also giving us the wrong sizes. So they remade the one, and when we got home, 2 of the flavors were still wrong. Also, the one cup she gave us was so covered in chocolate, I had to wipe it down just to handle it.The employees here are so terrible, I'll make sure not to ever bring my family back here. What a waste of money. If you're reading this review, DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION

We often go here for lunch during the week. I always enjoy the food. The employees here are fantastic. The woman learning front counter was always smiling and extremely nice to everyone. I recommend this place to everyone.
The burgers are great, and so are the shoe string fries

we placed a carry out order at 8:50pm, said it would be ready at 9:01pm. we waited almost an hour. we finally got our food at 9:44pm. the food was mediocre, fries were COLD. a simple sorry for the wait was all that was given. we were excited to try this place and we’re so disappointed.

Don't bother unless you have the time to spare. Spent over 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru today. There was one other vehicle in front of me. Got a medium drink when I asked for large and my fries were cold by the time I got my food. This is not the first time I have had this happen and after today it is the last. I ended up 15 minutes late for work because I was stuck waiting so long.

When entering the store there was no one in line and only a few people in the lobby yet it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. When we got our food it was already cold. The chicken sandwich is only a little bigger than a McChicken but more than double the price. Would not recommend.

We ordered their Freddy's original cheeseburger combo meal with fries and the Freddy's original patty melt combo with cheese curds. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. You do get a lot of food with the combo meal. We will have to go back again to try their custard. Thanks, Freddy's!
