Sertoma location charged a $1.75 convenience fee on an online order. employee couldn't give a reason for it?! NO one to explain why?!! Poor decision. There are better places to enjoy Mexican food!

I would give a better review but the cashier, named Cecey I think, almost always makes my drive through experience unpleasant. Her customer service skills are awful. It feels like she doesn't really care about my order at all and almost never gives me the sauce I like even though I've been going there for over a year now and she has taken my order dozens of times.

Sorry, I went once and they treated me badly.
Now I'm talking on the phone and they answered me well, they saw that I spoke Spanish and they hung up on me, I spoke 5 more times and they hung up on me, this is the worst thing that can happen since Sioux fails, nothing to do with the other location they have

Staff was friendly but the salsa bar was unhygienic and seemed a bit sketchy to use. All and all the food was pretty good and served quick. I’d return if it was a little cleaner.

This is a great alternative to all the fancy bar/restaurants opening up lately in Soux Falls. Terrific authentic Mexican food at half the price, and they had festive Day of the Dead decorations up as well. No, it's not fancy, but it's just good Mexican food!

There are days when the food is very good and there are days like today when it was terrible. The chilaquiles were dry and they didn't even put cheese. The meat was almost burnt. I think it wasn't my night. I'm leaving upset and without dinner!
