The moment I walked into Gist, I knew it was my kind of place! The atmosphere, the wines and the personnel all make for a fun and inviting experience. Mel's knowledge of the wines never fails to amaze me!! I am now a natural wine convert because of Mel. The only downside, is that now it is hard to go out for dinner and order a glass of wine. They just don't compare!! You will never regret a visit to Gist!!

They went above and beyond to make the night special â closing the shop at 6:30, allowing us to come in early at 6:00 to decorate, and making the entire process seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, flexibility, and genuine kindness.
The wine was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect for celebrating such a big milestone. Our guests are still talking about how great the wine and vibe were.
