Too burnt and dry for what they are charging. Won't be back

Nearly all employees in street clothes, the oven man and the guy leading the line were walking around like zombies wearing hoodies no uniforms completely gross. The oven guy stacking multiple orders together getting things messed up for many customers. One guy was wearing a godfather's shirt with name tag out of probley 6 or 7 employees working. 7 people and employees Katie and Jerry were the only two moving with any urgency at all. Please look at the Christmas Eve video from around 3 to close terrible experience, nothing like soggy undercooked pizza for Christmas Eve, thanks godfather's

I called.on my order. I believe I talked to Katie? She was so NICE and helpful,. friendly, and polite. She does a really good job talking to people on the phone. Our pizza was ok but that was ok because that phone conversation more than made up for it

So glad Sioux Falls still has a Godfathers Pizza! This one lived up to my expectations and food was very fresh! My only issue with GP is sometimes the pizza crust tastes like the strussel dessert where it's been cut...guessing the same pizza cutter is used for both. Thanks for being open late. You guys rock!

We love coming to this location! Great service and the best pizza in town! Pizza was ready when they said and cooked perfectly. The check out went quickly too. We ordered the Classic Combo, Taco and Cheese with extra cheese. We’ll definitely be back. ??

Some would think the employees would be dressed professionally
Heavens to Mergatroid! What can I say here? I should be bias because Godfathers pizza has a special place in my nostalgia trove so I was hoping this long awaited visit to this location would satiate that mental request.
I came in for a little late lunch last Tuesday around 2PM and upon parking my car I was greeted with what I assumed the host of the restaurant outside my car telling me I need to leave all my bags in my car. I olbige but am uneasy given the man's leathery complexion. WHo cares, I'm hungry for some Godfathers, ya know?
Going inside, it is mostly empty tables with one or two occupied by a folks having what seem to be important but discreet conversations. There is a sense of sadness around the restaurant especially when my eyes reach the adolescent greeting me at the register.
I say hello and no response, I then ask for a large order of meatballs and two small pizzas (one for later, I just like having the other one ready in case I have to leave on a call). The teen begrudgingly says I "have to talk to Pauly to get the order" and that it will be done soon. I go to use the bathroom and as I'm washing my hands there's a knock on the door. I jump reflexively and drop the last of my heart pills in the drain. Opening the bathroom door I find a paper bag with "Kennepth" written on it. Getting to my car i look inside the bag to find what appear to just be two Whole Foods pizzas hastily put into a Godfathers bag.
Note of advice to Godfathers fans of Sioux Falls, I work as a credit investigator and this place shows all the clear signs of credit fraud and most likely is not here to serve food and is just a hangout for friends of the owner!
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a nice young man holding the door open for several other employees carrying crates into the store and he kept the door open for a customer behind them who was in a Rascal. Haha!

Ordered online last night, says it will be ready by 6, went there about 5 minutes to 6 went thru the drive thru we paid for the pizza and the lady told us that it was going in the oven so she asked us to wait out front. We sat outside till 6:30 before I went in, it was busy and the lady sure was not handling the stress very well, everyone knew she was stress because she was letting everyone know. While waiting I notice 2 pizzas in the window that had been there for quite some time, I wasn't acknowledged but she grabbed those pizzas in the window and went flying by me to bring them out to my vehicle. Needless to say the pizzas where cold and weren't even the right pizzas. So I took them back and kindly asked for a refund. She slammed the pizzas around made some off the wall comments and said she will have to do it later. My wife went in and got a cash refund. Love Godfathers but the place needs help

there was no customer service and everyone except the delivery driver who definitely knew his job and we saw how important his job was. 1 girl just hid in the drive up area no smiles or doing anything. Absolutely ridiculous for only having 4 people eating inside. never again unless we had delivery from that guy. Whats worse is we drove from garretson to eat there!!
