Dined with a group on 8 this past weekend. Even before our drinks arrived, our waiter asked us for our food orders. Didn't even bother asking if we wanted appetizers so we just skipped out on them. Took at least 15 minutes to get waters, soda's, and a couple of beers at 6pm. Had to ask for additional drinks, rather than being asked if we would like refills. I had an exceptional experience at Granite City Food & Brewery! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The menu had a great variety, offering something for everyone, from their signature brews to delicious food options. The handcrafted beers were excellent, with distinct flavors that complemented the meal perfectly.

The food hit the spot! Waitress Lily did such an amazing job, great customer service!!!! She did such a great job serving us and was very sweet. When she gave my fiancé and I the cookie desert she wrote such a sweet note congratulating us for our upcoming wedding. I give this place a 10+ and I give her double credit! She deserves all the credit she can get for her amazing service.
