The manager at the Hardee's onsouth Louise in Sioux Falls is the best. Very friendly and more than accommodating. Made sure to check on us to see that everything was OK. I think her name was Kate or Katheryn.

Been visiting Hardees in SF since 1994, even worked for John (not sure if he still owns these or not) back in the day.
It has went down hill over the years it seems.
Stopped in this morning at 8:49 and was served inside by Alyssa W, service was lacking, slow and food was not very fresh.
We don't come often but have always looked forward to it. Not sure there will be a next time.

Ordered monster burger combo nothing special when I looked there wasn't even a half ounce of mayo on my sandwich when I took my order to counter and asked manager I think it was i was told there was mayo on it or at least looked like mayo. I will not be back to this location again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this location either. Unprofessional

I have to tell you, of all the fast food restaurants in town, this has got to be my favorite! They have wonderful people working at this restaurant! The staff are always fun to talk to, and they remember my German Shepherd service dogs, which always surprises me, given the number people they must see everyday. Plus, if you're looking for addictive French fries, theirs are second to none! Crispy-crunchy outside, soft and hot inside, and just the right amount of salt! Yum! Best yet, they're the only drive through in town that still boasts a hot ham and cheese, thank you very much! You're missing out if you haven't been there lately.

I like Hardee’s food, but this experience was frustrating. I placed an order through the app around 9:40 PM, and both the app and Google showed the location open until 10. When I arrived, the drive-thru was already closed — but I was still charged.
I contacted support through the app twice and never got a response. I also messaged on Facebook and was just referred back to the app. I ended up having to dispute the charge to get my money back.
The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because the manager, Les, answered my calls and offered a free combo meal, which I appreciated — though I didn’t take it.
Posting this so others know: don’t trust the listed hours. I won’t order after 9 PM anymore because I don’t want to waste my time or money.

Just very confused sign said that they close at 10, Google Maps said that they close at 10, showed up at 9:28 and they said they were closed already. I don’t care what time they close. I just wish I knew.

This Hardees is one of the best fast food restaurants we go to. Customer service is always spot on, they are friendly and they are polite. We were having problems ordering from the app and went through the drive-through and because it was an app promo, there was some confusion on giving us the right price. The manager, Les, just took the problem and solved it Therefore creating a great experience for us. This team was amazing and the food is always good. Thank you!

07/08/25 Sadly I had a horrible experience this time, I arrived at 2:30 I and another car were the only 2 cars at this location.
Order Number 6: Mushroom and Swiss Burger Combo, Curly Fries.
Time it took: From the time of ordering to leaving was 9 minutes 35 seconds.
Product quality: Did not receive Correct Burger, I ended up with a Bacon Burger, Ordered Curly fries ended up with original
Price: Almost 18$... I even Tipped The person who gave me my order 5$, didn't receive a thank you or even a smile.
Bad experience, I should get a free meal in all honstly
