food is super good but service just disappeared and we never received our bill. & last time we came here our server gave us the wrong bill and had another server confront us and ask if we were ready to pay.

The food was fine, nothing to brag about, but they were clearly understaffed and the whole place was not very clean. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and kind of ruined the whole experience for us.UPDATE: The General Manager reached out to me personally to address the concerns I mentioned, so I have high hopes that they will be improved in the future.

Got one meal for dinner last night with curbside pickup. Waited 10mins past my pickup before I decided to walk in found my food sitting on the counter, a waitress was sitting back by the kitchen, gave me a wave and walked away. You would think that they’re working for tips and would’ve actually decided to bring me my food like the order was intended. If I was to come inside, they shouldn’t be offering curbside, the waitress had no intentions on getting me my food and was already cold and had been sitting there. The Service in this place has been completely utterly trash for years and can’t even handle a togo order properly. then, when I left and called, there wasn’t even a manager on site. Food has always tasted great, but you guys really need to find some new people to serve and maybe some new management also.

I ordered unsweet tea and it came with a lot of stuff floating around in it, presumably because the tea run wasn’t clean. The omelette was half the size of the menu picture, I ordered extra pancakes that looked burnt and were tough, they wouldn’t soak up the syrup. I complained and was told that sometimes they don’t have good cooks. I was offered new pancakes but felt that at this point I wasn’t going to risk anything else coming out for my consumption. I was given $2 off but the food was completely lousy and will not be back

We waited for a while to get seated which is understandable on a Sunday. When we sat down the credit/debit machine went down which can happen at restaurants from time to time. We were patiently waiting for our server when she approached our table of six. She told us c/d card was down and asked if we still wanted to stay. I told her yes that’s fine we’ll go across the street to atm at the end of our meal. Knowing machine will probably be back up by the time we finish our meal. She asked 2 more times if we were sure we wanted to stay by the 3 rd time I did not answer her back and started to order my drink n everyone else followed. I just thought this was uncalled for and if I really wanted to leave I would have left. I tipped her GENEROUSLY so in the hopes she would learn a valuable lesson… when stressed due to work flow remain calm n NEVER try to get customers to leave the establishment due to that stress!

Feb. 2024 update: been over six years, and just checking in to say still have never been back to this or any other IHOP.First off after we were seated we had to ask for two more sets of utensils since the booth that they just seated four of us at on had two, our waitress made up some lame excuse about how "Corporate" wants only two sets at the smaller booths and four at the larger booths. This means they seated four people at a booth that apparently "Corporate" thinks should only have two. Then the issue of service continues, we get our food and I'm told by the waitress that she'll be right back with my pancakes, I figured it was due to there not being enough room on the tray so no big deal right... wrong, I had to wait well over 15 minutes for the pancakes to show up which meant everyone else was done eating by the time I got the second half of my order. No apology about the time it took to get them either, it was one of the kitchen staff that brought them out and took off as quick as they could. How does it take that long for you to make pancakes, I've worked in kitchens before I know it doesn't take long to make two pancakes.Speaking of food, how in the world can the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES fail at making breakfast food???!! The sausage links and bacon were soggy, and when I did finally get my pancakes they weren't cooked all the way, they were still slightly runny in the middle... once again, International House of PANCAKES apparently can't make their namesake correctly. The only other time we saw our waitress after she brought out the food (minus half of my order) was when she brought out the bill. It was then after the plates were empty (except for what wasn't all that edible) that she asked "how's the food tasting?"... when we did tell here she had some excuse about it being so busy... the place was half empty.Last time I was here before today's visit was about two years ago, I keep forgetting why I haven't been to this IHOP in a long time, but sure enough they remind me why I try to stay away from a restaurant that specializes in breakfast food, but somehow manages to fail at cooking it.

First time eating at IHOP. My friend and i got there at 7pm...we were literally the only customers there on Feb 5, 2023. Waitress said it was her first night on the job. She mentioned it was the cook's first day too. I tried the protein pancakes [see photo] and they arrived cold and on a child's plate. I could not pour syrup on them because the plate it was served on was so tiny. My friend's order was sent back 3 times for cold temps and his order being wrong 2x. Ridiculous for being the one two there. And nothing was taken off our bill.
