Indian Oven is an excellent Indian restaurant and a gem in Sioux Falls, considered by many to be the best Indian restaurant in town. The food is phenomenal, amazing, delicious, and flavorful, with many describing it as very close to authentic. Guests love the ability to choose their spice level from 1 to 10, with the medium level providing a good amount of heat. Dishes like the Samosa Chat, Chicken Biryani, lamb curry, saag paneer, and aloo gobi are highlighted as especially delicious, seasoned perfectly, and rich. The menu offers several unique dishes not found at other local Indian restaurants, providing so many options.

The environment is simple and straightforward, feeling a little more like fast food though it is a sit-down restaurant where one can also order to go. The garlic naan, however, did not have much garlic flavor for some. The restaurant also excels at catering, with excellent quality and quantity of food providing great overall value. The staff are friendly and professional. It is a new favorite place for lunch and a restaurant guests plan to visit often, definitely recommending that others try this place.
