We placed order thur LC App r for three pizzas, a cheesy bread, and sauce, but the delivery only included one pizza, one cheesy bread, and one sauce. Two pizzas were completely missing.
When I called customer service, I was told they would need to submit a claim and wait up to 11 days just to see if a refund would be approved. That didn’t help the immediate situation — we were still missing food for our family.
Because of that, I had to load six kids into the car in the cold and drive to the closest Little Caesars to get the missing pizzas myself. When I arrived, the pizzas were already made and just sitting on the counter, completely cold.
What made it worse was the in-store experience. When I walked in, the employees did not acknowledge me at all. When I finally went up to the counter and said, “Hi, I’m here because our DoorDasher left two pizzas behind,” they looked at each other and around the store, then simply said “Oh, here,” and handed them to me. No apology, no explanation, no customer service whatsoever.
By the time I got home, everything was cold — the replacement pizzas and the original pizza and cheesy bread.
All I expected was basic customer service — an apology, a sense of urgency, and fresh pizzas to replace what was missed — instead of being left to fix the situation myself.

When you call ahead the objective is to minimize wait time at the store. 43 minutes to wait for a burnt pizza!!! This place has gone down hill. Not the first time I get a burnt pizza!!

Barely any cheese on a cheese pizza. And the scattered cheese that is visible falls right off....not too mention a bit over baked. Current rating of 3.8 seems appropriate, if not a bit forgiving.

Every time I come here, it’s always half hour n ready. I came in first n had to wait Half hour, while one came in n got his pizza right away. They need adults running this place not teenage kids.

Cut the pie. The most important part your store fails to complete time and time again. I have to cut it myself when I get home. No it's not the cheese. Clearly not training people how to properly cut a pizza. I've had interactions with store management/owners and they seem really nice and eager to make things right if anything goes wrong.
Every time I go in for lunch the works are rude and have an attitude with me and the foods always extra greasy and soggy here don’t go to this little go to the one on 41st and Minnesota
