Absolutely abysmal, horrendous, unacceptable, a total joke.
I wouldn't be suprised if 3200 s minnesota ave. is the worst mcdonalds in the country, just go look at the Google reviews for a laugh.
I think if you added up the IQ of all the employees it might be 6. They don't care and they need to be exposed
They took my money, brought me no food, and then blamed ME for their complete lack of customer service and communication skills. I went inside after being at an empty delivery window for more than 10 minutes where a very disgruntled girl named Mackenzie told me it’s my fault for not waiting/going to the third window. I told her where I was parked, just outside the door. I watched someone else come out with a bag and a happy meal, but no drinks, so I didn’t think it was ours....read full review
The app refuses to check you in then it steals money from your account and the manager lied and said they had no record of my order.
