The tables are all got food crums on them. My wife and me had to use wet wipes to clean of the table so my wife and my kids could sit and eat. They need a cleaning schedule for employees to come out and wipe down tables.

Ordered then was on wait for 30 min then called in says oh were waiting on apple pie so switch over house now my launch is over and found my bigger was made wrong and cold at least the fries were good.

Went in late at night for me and some friends, aroun 10:30 at night. Self serve kiosks are closed which wasnt ideal, but after a short wait we were greeted by Danny. He had amazing customer service and really made the ordering process amazing. Food was served very quickly and by the time we got home the food still tasted fresh and well-made.

I am a Doordasher, and I come here often. However, I wish I didn't have to. Since moving to the kiosks, the service has gotten so bad - and this goes for every McDonald's I visit. They don't address you or let you know what's going on with your order. It takes so long to even get the order and be out the door. It often happens that I receive the order 2-3 minutes before the time I am supposed to be delivering it to the customers location.When I was just at this location, I had to help a man and his two children order from the kiosks because none of the employees could see he needed assistance.I will obviously continue dashing, it's simply unfortunate that most of my orders are McDonald's orders. It sucks for me and the customer base.

Cashier had no idea whether they had military discounts (they do). She brought the tray with my food to my table but did not provide a spoon for the ice cream sundae. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for one from the manager, who apologized. Hard to get good help apparently. And the fries had no salt for some unknown reason.

Always decent and delicious. Really unhappy they got rid of the Buffalo sauce? But the fact my order taker gave me ketchup, honey mustard and something like 1000 Island? When I did say, no ketchup. NOT honey mustard. MUSTARD. I'm a server and cs worker as well. But damn, I was too nice to receive this type of fail.... smh. Pay attention.
