We ordered lunch today through the app. That was easy peasy. Told the location that we were on our way. Got to our spot to check in and the app glitched out and I wasn’t able to notify I was in spot 2. I called into the store, of course it was busy right at noon, peak lunch rush. THE ABSOLUTE KINDEST HUMAN HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE! She was so incredibly kind and helpful. We got our food in a hurry, she kept it warm for us. Big play place that my kids really enjoy. Restaurant service (you have to order at a kiosk, super annoying) and cleanliness is hit or miss. Food has been decent and what you'd expect each time.
