We ordered lunch today through the app. That was easy peasy. Told the location that we were on our way. Big play place that my kids really enjoy. Restaurant service (you have to order at a kiosk, super annoying) and cleanliness is hit or miss. Food has been decent and what you'd expect each time.

Mixed reviews on customer service. There is an older woman at E 26th McDonald's that always tells us to have a good day and checks to make sure our order is right. She is the best! Some of the other ones, both young and old need to learn how to smile and not act like they hate their job. Another older woman who hands out food never smiles.
