Did not eat any food on this trip to Monks, the Ambiance is great, it's inviting, cool, just has a great vibe! A lot of beers on Tap...50 to be exact! The bar tenders were friendly, attentive & helpful! I tasted 2 different beers that I hadn't had & ended up getting one that I'm familiar with! The bathroom was clean and I just loved all the different type places to sit from "L" shaped tables to cumfy couches, to bar stols to booths to cushy chairs & hightop tables etc. The music was different, but okay, upbeat, some rap type some pop or new age, but I enjoyed my visit! I'll have to come back anorher day for food!

Beer selection is top notch. Service is impeccable. Friendly atmosphere and my favorite spot to go every week. Cam gets a solid 5 stars for being the best and most knowledgeable bartender in town!

We went on a Wednesday night. The atmosphere was incredible and wasn't too loud so we were actually able to have a conversation. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was amazing. Half of it filled me up, so easily could have shared. Had a couple of beers as well.

Cam sucks he does not like to suggest apptoraits flavors. He was rude and refused to serve us. Anna was superb and listened to what we like and suggested similar flavors. She is the best. If it was just for cam we would never come here again bit Anna saved the situation and we will be back ONLY because of her.

The go-to bar in Sioux Falls! Friends and I are weekly regulars for the great beer selection, appetizers, and pizza. Cam, Krista, and the rest of the crew always take great care of us. 5 stars and always recommend it.
Great place and bar if you’re looking for a good quality beer and fun atmosphere. I’ve been helped by Krista and Cam at the bar and they are super knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely the best beer bar in Sioux Falls with a unique and fun staff to make a great experience.

Stopped in on a bit of a lark to get a beer and play so.e pinball. We arrived before all the tables were full and grabbed two right by the door. Turns out that these are great seats. The bar staff was right there. We ordered the Burger Battle burger and a pizza after we had a beer in hand. Turns out the burger is amazing. The pizza is really good. Food was good, staff was super friendly, and the music was about perfect. This in now my new place to just grab a beer and a burger or to bring guests when I have them.

We stopped here to try their Burger Battle burger entry. The burger was amazing but the experience was so much more. At Monks you seat yourself, which in some places leaves you wondering if you'll even get waited on. Our server warmly greeted us when we walked in the door and made us feel welcome. They have an AMAZING tap beer selection and our beer choices were wonderful. Great vibe to the place. Will definitely be back!
