I have never been to this restaurant before because ther is usually a long line but it wasn't this day so we decided to try it out. I got coffee and Eggs Benedict and was delighted with them. Eggs were perfectly cooked and my coffee was hot. Service was phenomenal! She was busy but kept my coffee full and offered a to go cup for my husband when we were ready to leave but he hadn't finished his soda. I can see why there is usually a little e outside the door.
Came around 7am on a weekday morning and there were already several other customers. The restaurant was adequately staffed with multiple servers providing service. The atmosphere was very nice, soft yet modern. The fireplace is a nice touch. I'd like to see it lit one day. There is really nice artwork, including a painting of the falls and a large portrait of a bison. The food was hands down the best breakfast I've had in a while. The last 2 times I've been there I've had a waitress with dark hair and glasses who is pregnant. She's friendly but very inattentive. She doesn't come back after she brings the food. Last time I finally had to ask the hostess to find her to bring us the check. She never checks on you or refills your coffee. Disappointing.
