I usually have good service for the most part. But tonight was pathetic. Over an hour and no pizza. Then they try to tell me they did stop by and me and 5 other people did not see them. Can't read a map or listen to Google maps or what? Canceled order and went to pizza hut instead. The employees on tonight need to be retrained.

Ordered 1 pizza and was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the store who ever was on the phone wasn't exactly polite to me. I stated the app said delivered and we never received the pizza he told me to hold since the driver had just walked in. After being placed on hold for 5 mins he said the clarified my address and I said yes that's it he said that he did deliver it I said really where's my pizza than because I have a ring camera to show no one delivered anything. He was rude and unprofessional and the delivery driver was clearly lying or confused. Will not be ordering from them again which sucks because they were my favorite.

This plac e has change fron manger to customer service I order a pizza on my phone today only to come find out when i got home it was screwed up how can u mistakeing a Sauge pepperoin extre cheese pizza for a spinch cheese pepperoini I called the manger nicely and she fillip out on me cuss swearing on the phone i never did such thing to her all i want her to do is correct the mistake her employe made Pulse the girl needs to anwers the phone better she like hi welcome to papa johns then she like is there anything else u would like i said Like under breath that she thriledey to work there I dont know whats going on this days in the reastaurant inderce anymore But its not like this anymore people are rude screwing up orders so forth this is the worsty treat ive had know will i go back there everyagain Ill take my buinesss to another Papa Johns So if your in there Be ward u might not want to stop after what happen to me A less i called another papa Johns she heard me out and treat me good also fix the miixstake thay made treat me good I dont what this manger beef is or if she had a bad day or what but you dont take out coustomers over the phone i Hope if anybody works for this company i feel sorry for u to have a boss like this

It’s affordable and way better than dominos or pizza hut, so we order pretty frequently. Unfortunately they NEVER put seasoning the the cheese sticks and you can’t ever get a refund because they don’t answer the phone. That’s my only complaint. ?
