I always order pizza from the W 41st and Sertoma location. Today, I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location. They are both on W 41st. I realized my mistake after they explained the locations to me. They were very helpful, understanding, and made a pizza for me as I waited. Quite quickly I may add. I highly recommend this location.

Unique concept in Sioux Falls that I have not seen in other states. A take and bake pizza place. They make it up for you, wrap it, then you take it home and bake it. It's quite easy to bake, they give great directions. So it's simple and delicious. They have stock pizzas or you can create one yourself. You can order ahead and just pick up. They have specials on certain days of the week. I do think it's kind of funny that they are not necessarily less expensive than a big chain pizza. You pay about the same for the privilege of baking it yourself. Great to have on hand in the fridge though when you're running out of time and you need to throw something in for dinner.

Ordered a pizza online well over an hour before planning to pick it up. Showed up pizza wasn’t ready, had a hard time figuring out what was going on. Made what was supposed to be a convince very inconvenient. Didn’t offer anything to make it right or comp the purchase. One of the worst online and service experiences we have had. It’s a shame used to like coming here but doubt we continue after that.
