Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I didn’t catch the ladies name but whomever she was, she was amazing and deserves recognition. She was working today around 1pm. She was friendly, welcoming, positive and she changed my day from bad to better. I showed up at the wrong location to pick up my order. But instead of telling me to drive across town (in a blizzard), she made the order for me fresh there, so I didn’t have to risk any unnecessary unsafe travel. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference. The restaurant was very clean and the pizza was delicious. Best customer service I have had in a LONG time.

I received excellent customer service when I placed my order over the phone as well as when I picked up the order! The staff here were both friendly and knowledgeable. The drive thru window was super convenient.

This location just opened in our neighborhood, we've gone in for pizzas twice now and both times it has been excellent! The staff has been friendly on both occasions and they make my pizza and have me in and out in 5 minutes each time. Also the pizzas have been delicious - highly recommend!

Do not go to this location. They are slower than snails even with 7+ workers at the same time. Also most of the workers gave me glares while I was waiting for my pizzas

Worst experience ever. The workers messed up our order not once but TWICE. We ordered ahead online and spent 20 extra minutes waiting for them to get the order right. Highly recommend choosing a different location.
