To be honest, I kind of forgot this place existed until I was hanging out with my sister and her wife and they suggested we go here for a drink. They have lovely outdoor seating and nice cocktails. I would definitely go back and try the food.
Great classy atmosphere , gave it 4 because we had to wait a long time to get our drinks and also our waitress disappeared when we were trying to get our check and we waited for over 10 minutes and it was not super busy.
Great food! You can order off the delicious Minerva's Restaurant menu, which is next door attached to Paramount thru a doorway!! Paramount Bar/Restaurant is old fashioned elegance, but crowded!!! The restaurant is long but very narrow. We went to dine there and watch Mogen's Heros perform, but there was standing room only for some people, and quite a lot of others came in, looking for a table but there were none empty.... so they would turn around and leave.Seems...
