My 1st grader earned a Book It personal pan pizza, and wanted plain cheese. It doesn't seem possible to mess up a personal pan cheese pizza, but they managed. Not only that, it was done for at least 45mins before I picked it up (at my scheduled time) and was not "hot and fresh".

Terrible. Not only was the delivery late but the crust on my pizza tasted weird and they only gave me 3 very dry boneless wings. Also I ordered diet soda and they gave me the regular sugar ones.

Online ordering is a joke. They charged me 19.88 for a medium pizza. It was supposed to be two. They could not refund me anything. Pizza Hut is on the never again list.

I ordered pizza and I had to cancel the order after an hour because it was getting really late and when i called i was called a liar by manager even though I'm totally right because I have email confirmation of my order. I guess it didn't exist even though it does

I'm really tired of the inconsistency. Half of the time we order and the food is awesome, absolutely amazing. Fresh delicious awesome. But half the time it's absolute garbage, looks and tastes like it was sitting out for a few hours under a heat lamp. Why should I be expected to fork over $50 every time if I don't get great qaulity every time.
Do better please, figure out which staff does a great job....and fire the staff that sucks at making pizza. Like tonight, 9-13-24 around 5:30pm.

I messed up my order and thought I was delivered the wrong order by doordash. I called to let them know and reorder what I wanted. The person that answer the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He put it in credits and I reordered it online. I ended up taking their tip away because of how rude and unprofessional he was. I will NOT be going to this pizza hut again.

Tried to order pizza for delivery. It never arrived. After waiting an hour I called the local phone number only to be routed to a call center not remotely close to this pizza hut and transferred between 3 different people, none of whom could tell me what happened to my pizza because the local shop couldn't be reached. Why have a local number listed if you're not calling local people. Never did get food. And while they said theyd give my money back I'm still waiting.

The chocolate brownie was awesome. Pizza was ok. Not any better than anyplace else. Didn't like the small strips of ham on my pizza. Was appalled that there was a large dog in the kitchen.
