Horrible experience. Extremely slow, and messed up orders. People waiting for over an hour. If you ask how much longer it will take, the manager, Mikayla, will not give you your order, or a refund and will threaten to call the cops on you if you don't leave right that second. She will also not give you the number for the general manager or anyone higher than her to reach out to to resolve the issue. Extremely poor service. Stay far far away from here.
my son ordered $60 in food and when he went to pick it up they told him sorry we don't have it in our computer even when my son show them the recipe the he paid they didn't give him the food , they stealing your money in this specific store , they take your money online and they tell you the is not in their data , I went to talk to the manager and he called the police on me when I asked him for the food , thief garbage restaurant
Poor customer service- ordered close to $40 in food online an hour before I planned to pick up and gave a set pick up time. Arrived and they claimed they couldn't find my order. Tried to get a refund and was told I had to go through the app so decided I would wait for food. Spent over 45 minutes waiting for my food beyond the expected done time after they had me email my receipt to them (wouldn't let me just show them the receipt).
