My family and I were greeted nicely, there was not a long line. However our food took a while to get to us. Love their Spicy Wings and macaroni and cheese.
Like literally, I thought they were sewing drugs out of the back door the one employee who walked out was so scrunning and dangling and heading out bags as I'm trying to order food for my kids. I was offended that my children seen that.

We ordered via DoorDash about a dozen wings 6 biscuits and the 1/4 shrimp combo meal…. There’s no extra biscuits at all and there’s like 10 pieces of shrimp….. bruh

The staff were decent. Ordered a five piece tender meal and three of the tenders were the size of a quarter. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting for over an hour. Issue with this place is how inconsistent it is. Sometimes it can be very good…..and then sometimes they don’t care about you one bit and mess up your order or give you super old food. Do better guys.

I had very bad experience with the employees. They messed my order and when I kindly ask to get it fixed I was disrespected and won’t listen to me. At the end it was fixed but it was in a disrespectful attitude.

The E 10th Street Popeyes is consistently amazing. The GM Ms. C runs an amazing staff. Even if you have to wait a little bit for your food, their good-natured banter will keep you laughing. It's awesome to see a manager and their employees work so easily together. I believe that's why I always get such excellent service there.Parking: Plenty of parking with entrances on both the east and west sides of the lot. Handicap-accessible parking right at the front door (as it should be everywhere but, for some reason, isn't).Kid-friendliness: Very fun and vibrant indoor environment. As long as your minions are somewhat behaved, the staff is downright cool while interacting with them. Not that I've ever seen them act any other way! It's just that pretty much ALL employees respond better to behaving young'uns rather than little monsters and brats running around.
Rewards don't work at this store or other store in city. Don't bother with the rewards if you live in Sioux Falls.

I placed an order on the app ahead of time. I get to the restaurant and they tell me it’s gonna be 10 minutes to get my chicken. Which is fine. I went in 20 minutes later and asked for a refund. They told me they could not do refunds, and then I had no choice but to wait or I could leave and take it up with corporate office to see if I can get my money back. All I sat there for over an hour waiting on my chicken and there were very little cars in the drive-through or in the parking lot. This place is a joke they don’t take customer service seriously and they were laughing about it and the french fries were ice cold I will never go back there again and I caution anybody to go there, the one on E. 10th St. in Sioux Falls South Dakota

This location needs to step up and hire better management and workers. This location always BUT ALWAYS seems to mess up my order. Either missing items or wrong order! And serving outdated food where you can taste it’s not fresh but old chicken they’re cooking up. Sucks every time I order I have to count the chicken cause apparently they don’t know how to count. And start serving better and fresh food to its customers and when mentioning something manager gets an attitude. Not sure how this location still open after seeing I’m not the only one with the same issues. Shows owner of this location does not care how they training and running this place. All I can think of it’s headquarters stepping in and seeing these continuous problems and issues with this location.
