The E 10th Street Popeyes is consistently amazing. The GM Ms. C runs an amazing staff. Even if you have to wait a little bit for your food, their good-natured banter will keep you laughing. It's awesome to see a manager and their employees work so easily together. This location has really gone down hill. Took forever to order, the staff, all 6/7 of them were more worried about how old The Backstreet Boys were compared to AC/DC... By the time we got to order it had been a good 20 minutes and there was only one guest in front of us. They forgot our fries and Biscuit with our platter order and our buns on the chicken sandwich was hard, the sandwich itself was DRY! I will have to think really hard before I go back to that location... Very disappointed...read full review

The staff were decent. Ordered a five piece tender meal and three of the tenders were the size of a quarter. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting for over an hour. Issue with this place is how inconsistent it is. Sometimes it can be very good…..and then sometimes they don’t care about you one bit and mess up your order or give you super old food. Do better guys.
