“The lady that was working around noon on 1/22 was really sweet and made sure we got a fresh pretzel when she could've just given us the one from the window. Really appreciate that extra step in customer service, not to mention a fresh hot pretzel! Little did she know, that was the first time my 2 little boys had a fresh / warm breaded / mall pretzel experience, and they've been talking about the warm pretzel since!“
