Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant

I ordered carry out today, I looked at my receipt and I was charged almost 3.00 for carry out packaging. That’s ridiculous considering I left a $10 tip Who charges their customers to take out their food that’s already overpriced. You would have had one less sale today if I had an ordered carry out and on top of that, you must no longer give chips with your takeout orders because I didn’t receive any.

My family has been eating at Puerto Vallarta since I was a young child, and we can't say that about many restaurants in town. Service is always friendly, food is always quick, piping hot (or ice cold in the case of their delicious ceviche) and a generous portion for the STILL affordable prices in 2024. Perfect spot for a lunch for 2 with drinks under 30 dollars including tip. Everywhere else should take notes!

The entire restaurant smelled bad like urine. The “ground beef” mystery meat was a pinkish red and smelled and tasted like cat food. We would have immediately sent it back but our waitress never came back to ask us how our food was. The chips, salsa, and queso were very good. We won’t be back. The health dept may want to check on that mystery meat!
