Scooter's Coffee

I'm a regular at this location, alongside the sycamore and Bahanson one, but I will not be returning to this location.
The last few times I've been there, trying to give it a chance, I always get the same thing the same way, but the quality has dropped drastically. Giant ice pieces, inconsistent taste, and general lower quality than the others.
Today, I asked for them to remake the drink because it was not blended enough (giant ice pieces throughout), and the girl working the window around 10:30 today, blonde hair in a ponytail, was a bit rude and seemed annoyed that I even asked for it to be fixed. To top it off, she was speaking badly about it to a coworker before handing back the new drink. Which was missing a lot of the actual drink. Ordered a large and got the equivalent of a shorted medium.
Will not be returning.

It has been a while since I've been inside this location and I'm loving the remodel! The patio option is awesome. The drinks were made quickly. The gal taking our order was able to answer our questions about 3 very different drinks so it was helpful in deciding what we wanted to order.

They remodeled a year ago and it sterilized the whole atmosphere. It used to be a comfy coffee shop I would bring all my friends to and spend all day talking, reading, studying. Now it is a Starbucks layout with no soul. Congrats scooters you ruined the best coffee shop in Sioux Falls and for what? So you can fit like 10 more customers. Well good job you lost a customer.

Just went to get my usual peanut butter power with a shot of espresso and I got milk blender. 🤢🤢🤢 Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. Usually the girls make it right, every time. Not today. 👎🏼 Got nowhere when I called about it.
