I have never wrote a review before due to not being as upset as I am today. I went to target with a friend and of course have to get starbucks! We got our drinks and went to shop. While walking off I took a sip and it tasted off so i stirred it. I took a few more sips to realize it didn’t taste right. The espresso could have been super burnt and/or over sweetened, something and I just wanted it remade. Went up, said Im sorry this just doesn’t taste right. It was still at least 3/4 full, I didn’t want it.
Apparently she couldn’t remake it but could give me a cheese danish? All I got was the $8.50 coffee? I was polite asked nicely, said I'm sorry because I understand the frustration and she refused! Proceeded to tell me she knows she made it right and it couldn’t be wrong like I'm taking from her personal pocket. And It’s not my first time getting this drink. I’ve had it mannny times. Is it that hard to just remake it?

Staffs are nice. Drink was prepared efficiently. However the main problem is the cleaniness. Several flies were noted at the preparation area.

The two girls working at the target Starbucks around 4:30 pm on Sunday, May 21 found chatting with each other more of a priority than serving the 3 girls waiting for their drinks and assisting me and my daughter who were waiting to order for 10 minutes. Absolute worst work ethic… left because they clearly weren’t in the mood to help customers.

I order a refresher and the guy started making a latte. I said I did not order that. So he rinsed it out and started to make mine with the same cup.

My drink was horrible I asked for a Frappuccino they gave me a latte. I asked for the same order in Hyvee it was so much better and they even got it right! The taste if it isn’t even good it tasted like cardboard. Don’t go here not worth your money or your time.

My experiences were okay, the drinks were good and the atmosphere was nice, but it was rather slow and the workers were a bit inattentive.

Ordered a venti blonde salted caramel mocha and it didn't taste anything like it....tasted more like dirt to be honest. Idk if the mocha they made is properly made or if they forgot to add the toffee nut. But i will no longer order here as they have gave me drinks woth either bad shots or it not made right.

I was just in and i ordered a medium cookie crumble and one of the workers friends came in and they sat and talked and still has been 10 minutes and i haven't gotten my drink. very irritating.
