Twice now I’ve ordered in the app at the beginning of my shopping and come to the counter after 10+ minutes and they haven’t started/completed my drink. They also left out all the flavor syrups from my drink twice now. I do salted caramel cold foam and there isn’t flavor in the foam or in my coffee (where I paid for 6 pumps of caramel in my venti).

I keep giving this place a second (or third or fourth) chance and they continue to disappoint. It is easily the, slowest and rudest service from any Starbucks in town. I am surprised Hyvee tolerates that inside their store as they pride themselves on having staff that cares about customer service.

It is a Starbucks, if you go expecting Starbucks you will be happy. The kids working were nice and I love the brownies. The atmosphere shouldn't be a question on here. There products as with most coffee joints are overpriced, but still taste delicious.

I asked for an iced caramel macchiato but with brown sugar syrup instead of vanilla. They gave me iced milk with brown sugar syrup. No coffee. How does a barista forget to put the coffee in the drink? Especially when what I ordered was so simple. Just milk and a ristretto shot and brown sugar syrup.

We all knoo whaaa Starbucks is.... Don't we.. Well, my fav is the ? bread.. ice coffee.. pretty much everything in there.. I just WISH they had soft seats . Sitting on a hard chair just wants me to leave right away.. anywho.. luv this place. p.s. they the only ones that can misspell my name.. cuz service an quality is worth it..!!
