Today I stopped by and grabbed a vanilla chai. 20 minutes later i get home, shovel, come in freezing knowing my hot drink is waiting for me only to find my chai was actually something coffee based which i don't like and didn't order. In the past hour I've tried calling the store 3 times but no one answers and there is no option to leave a message. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service and out my $5... so much for my splurge.
