I go to Starbucks like everyday, usually the Minnesota location. I used to go totally his location at the Hilton but haven't in awhile until today. This lady is not a very nice person, I've been listening to her talk bad about ALOT of customers who come in here. She must think because they have earbuds in that I can't hear her. She's not a very nice person at all. I can't believe Starbucks would hire someone like this.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been. The staff doesn't seem to care. They give you the impression like "what are you doing here, go away" They screw up your drink ( a nitro cold brew looks/tastes like a very Light latte) and they just don't care. They do ask you to tip them. No way The tables aren't cleaned

They found a way to make coffee good. Other drinks too.

Nice location on the river next to a fountain.

Giving the three stars for the convenient location, clean space and one nice barista who was in training. The barista with curly hair who seemed to be a manager had a really poor attitude and definitely didn't make me feel welcome or like I wanted to come back and deal with her.

Love the week day morning ladies! I go in at least once a week (Friday usually) even though I pass another location. I feel at home with them and look forward to getting my caffeine kick.

UPDATED - 01.29.2023 - AFTER AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO STARBUCKS IN SEATTLE WASHINGTON - OWNER OF STARBUCKS AT THE SIOUX FALLS HILTON GARDEN HOTEL SENDS A REPLY LINK FROM STARBUCKS HONORNORS MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THEMSELVES -ATTACHED - ON REPLY --CLOSED-Both, Saturday, and Sunday went for coffee. Googled both days saying open at 6am. Both days not open at 6am. No lights on. Inqired at the front dest of the Hilton Garden Inn - very kind staff from my precious visits.Management must not have the ability to write a schedule ? Two ? I believe is very kind -

Absolutely love this location as it’s convenient for any location downtown and very clean. The staff is always extremely friendly and quick on preparing drinks

The best location.Because of the accessibility from the bike trail.
