The smallest subs I have ever gotten from any subway. If you live in the East Side make the drive to Brandon. Their subway is 110X better.

The food atmosphere and service was so excellent but today I want to inform you guys about this incredible young man he made my sandwich his name was Koen and my sandwich was made with such pleasure and so much happiness he truly made my experience one to remember you guys are lucky to have him to be working for you and he deserves a raise!

The worker was so kind to me and my family. His name was koen, and by his maturity you’d think he’s way older then he actually is. Not only was he just the sweetest, the sandwich and the meal was excellent as well.

My last 3 sandwiches I added and paid extra for smashed Avocado. None of which actually had it on my sandwich. I can see a slip on one here and there. But 3 in a row is frustrating.

Don’t order online at this location. Or at all from this location. If you order online they will just completely change your order. You wanted multi grain bread? Here’s herbs and cheese. The reason we ordered online was because of the terrible customer service of this location and looks like even online isn’t an option at this point.
Staff friendly enough. Forgot coupons and phone at home and they didn't have anything in the store to make up for MY blunder. They have a tipping screen at the end of the transaction. I don't want to not tip, but tipping makes them the price of Jimmy John's which is honestly a lot better. I'm glad we had one last hurrah here because the kids wanted to eat some sooubway (being odd1sout fans) and try James' favorite sub, but I doubt we will return.I'd rather have the people who work there be paid better wages than have tipping. I say that uniformly for all careers and jobs, but I can recognize the extra work certain service industries do and I feel like subway shouldn't have to lean on the customer to tip so they can make their money
