Had only 2 people working during a lunch hour. I waited 25 mins to get a sandwich made. Then out of no where the manager and another employee walk in carrying 1 box each complaining about the line,(which was now wrapper around the store) and the drive through,(which was wrapped around the building). And while paying for my meal an employee mentioned their inventory was way off thats why the manager and employee had left. Save the time and headache an go to the one off 12th an kiawanis

What can I say, it is what it is. This location though had a super courteous staff that waited on me and for that they deserve a pat on the back. As far as the food, well, its subway man, if you didn't like your sandwich then it's kinda your fault because you tell them what to put on it and how to prepare it. Unless you got some hard bread or funky meat theres not too much to complain about. The new smoked cheddar cheese was a nice addition.

We were in less than ten minutes ago. Went inside. Got a foot long oven roasted chicken breast and a foot long chicken bacon ranch. It was nothing but attitude from the little boy that was working the front. First he tried to argue with me that the chicken bacon ranch melt doesn’t get more cheese (I’ve managed a subway so I think I’d know since it was the first sandwich subway ever did that with) than charged us for the extra cheese. When making the oven roasted I asked if they had any spinach since line was empty and he made it seem like it was a task to grab spinach from under the cooler. Never made eye contact. Always was rude whenever addressed for anything with the sandwiches. Sorry but your employees are suppose to be more friendly with such a hands on environment and I didn’t receive that. The gentlemen in the back with the tattoos who’s new is great though! Should have him in the front more!

HORRRIBLE EXPERIENCE . The boss maranda was very rude to employee and us the consumer. She was making rude comments the whole time, such as I asked if she had pizza and she rudely replied yup and then went to the back and grab a frozen pizza and turned to her employee and said in a nasty tone you guys never pull pizzas, the whole time she was rude I hads patience and honestly understood her irration until I asked for more black olives and was told noand made the comment I'm the boss and I follow the rules and I told her she was being rude and tolstarted yelling at me and told me it was her store and I can't go to cooperatand woyldntwouldn't yelleyell me her name. Very very rude

The guy completely messed up my order and when i called and mentioned it he got defensive. Totally disagreed to what happened and finally told me to come back so he could remake my order. I did not have time. He refused to send me a gift certificate by HANGING UP ON ME!!! When i called back HE DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

I work in customer service so I understand a lot of situations. But, I do not recommend this Subway. Went to the drive thru, the guy working stayed he would take my order, then said “hold on a second” which was fine with me as I needed time to decide anyway. Then he started talking to someone else (later found out it was a different order) no big deal. But he kept talking into the speaker as if he was trying to take my order, I could not communicate with him. So, I figured I would call the store and let them know so they could either turn the speaker off or have someone else take the order. I let them know what was happening and then there was no response but could hear the employees talking to each other in the background. So, I hung up and left. Still tried to get a hold of them to let them know, because there was another person right behind me, I didn’t want them to have the same issue. I had to call three times and the didn’t answer until I called on a restricted number. Then when they finally did answer, I asked to speak to a manager because I was over trying to talk to any of the other employees at this point because they are blatantly ignoring me. The person on the phone didn’t say they were the manager, they just stated that he was taking a different order. I will not be back unfortunately, I do enjoy subway and that location because of the drive thru, but I really was just trying to help, especially for the person who was after me.

Exceptional. I like the food though nothing special. However the real gem of this location is the employees. They're connection with each other is great. Great chemistry within the place. And we'll kempt. Also quite conversational. Good folks here. Makes it worth a stop.

Former subway employee came in complaining about manager hillary and bashing subway with friends who are current subway employees. Female had attitude and shorted me on chicken portion. Not happy.
