I found this little restaurant as I was passing through Sioux Falls! It's like a Cambodian/Chinese restaurant. I'd say it's pretty authentic. I forgot to take pictures of my food before I ate because I got too hungry! We started with the papaya salad. It was good! Spicy and acidic, just the way I like it. Nice quiet place. Came on a weekday night. Overall service was a little slow. 26mins to get my food (although I did get three large dishes to try). Could be a factor. Got four items. The shrimp spring roll: fresh made, rice paper was still very sticky and the roll was flexible (not like older refrigerated types), noodles were a bit wet and led to a breakdown of the roll at the end but otherwise good. Everything was great! They were working on a "big order," when we arrived. Typically that means service will be slower. It certainly didn't feel like they were slowed down. Very prompt service. Delicious food! Highly recommend!
