“If you find yourself in the lake Lorraine area and craving sushi, definitely best in the area. We stopped by for lunch, pretty good specials. 17$ for a 3 sushi rolls and miso soup/salad. (No specialty rolls). The specialty roll we shared was tasty and priced fairly. (15)“

“Stopped in at Taichi Bubble Tea, Ramen and Poke Bowl in Sioux Falls and had the shoyu ramen with beef. The broth had a nice balance of savory and rich flavors without being too salty. The beef slices were tender and paired really well with the noodles. Loved the toppings too - the egg (cooked perfectly and marinated in soy) was spot on and the fresh scallions and bean sprouts added great texture. Portion size was generous and the bowl came out nice and hot. Overall, a really satisfying meal and I’ll definitely be back to try their poke.“

“It was a nice surprise to find good sushi at a shopping mall. Price was reasonable. Food was fresh and they make it right in front of you. I got the 2 roll special that came with a fountain drink for around $12 or $13. I chose the California Roll and Fried Shrimp Roll. Definitely one of the tastier places to eat at the Empire Mall.“

“This is the 25th anniversary of Sioux Falls’, first Japanese restaurant. It’s the only authentic Japanese restaurant in town, owned by Japanese people. For the life of me, I can’t understand why someone would go to a Japanese restaurant owned by Chinese or Thai. Would you go to an Italian restaurant owned by Egyptians?
Compared to my home state of Florida, this place is super inexpensive. The fish is actual sushi grade, flown in from Miami. I’ve only been to this restaurant twice, in these many years, but it’s a gem. I wish it was in my town.“

“This place is amazing! The service was so good and we got the food very quick. The food was spectacular and all perfectly cooked and put together. There were also so many amazing options on the menu. The building also has an amazing and aesthetic atmosphere with nice decor and tables with nice and comfortable seating. I rate this a 10/10 and I definitely recommend coming here!“

“What a disappointment it was coming in tonight! Management clearly cares more about sales than guest experience. Restaurant was completely full and loud which the kitchen clearly couldn't handle because our food took over an hour and when it did arrive it was rushed and obviously not what we expected for the $$. Our server was great but avoid peak hours at all costs!“

“Definitely a hidden gem of souix falls . We were nervous to try hot pot with our daughter (very picky 7 year old ) . They allowed her to order from the regular menu even though we were in the hot pot serving room . She said ‘give them 20 million stars ‘ for the sesame chicken 😂. The hot pot options were all delicious and lots of choices for such a small restaurant . We will definitely be going again in the future!“
