I ordered online, and this is not just this Taco bells fault, but every time I f'ing order from a T.B. anywhere in the country, i never get sauce. Everyone who gets taco bell want sauce packets... this should always go in the bag!!!!

Taco Bell has gone so far down hill. Everything is exorbitantly expensive now. Service is not existent, they use an auto-bot to take your order, it has to clarify everything and takes too long. You have to consistently tell it "no i don't want that" when it adds on orders. And the last 3 times I have gone to this location I was given someone else's order, messed up things like no onion, or got 2 sauce packets in an order with multiple things. I would try to get a refund but it simply isnt worth it turning around in my lunch break.

I want to say that the evening manager at this location really stepped up when it came to my order. I waited 8 to 10 minutes in their drive thru (always long lines but it's TB and I love their cinnamon balls) I give my order I got the total on the screen and proceeded forward. Got to the window and the lady said they didn't have my order and that I had to drive all the way around AGAIN and order. I'm like are you for real?. I told her the price on the screen and then seen what I ordered, and everything was correct. She wasn't about to retake my order. I was fuming and yes said some choice words as I was driving back around and this time went inside and asked for the manager. Now I never get mad with fast food workers. So I expressed to her how frustrated I was and she even admitted to me she seen my order. So she said she would make my order personally all I had to do was put my order in again. Did yall know they don't even take orders inside anymore?? It's ALL kiosks. Thats why they got 1 star for atmosphere. Not having 1 cash register to take orders is ridiculous to me. So I paid for it at the kiosk and she had my order in no time. Thank you for understanding my frustration ma'am. She just owned the mistake and she seen I wasn't trying to get anything free. I was just pissed because I was told I had to go back around. Food was hot and I loved it. I think she is awesome and hope she stays a manager!

This location has the rudest employees of any Taco Bell in Sioux Falls. Some of you need a serious attitude check.
Really clean and inviting establishment. Food was outstanding and the young lady that was working greeted us was friendly and very outgoing. Made our experience there just a really great day. Will highly recommend. We even complimented the young lady.

Do not go here! I have went to this taco bell location pretty often for the last 3 years however over the last year this location has really started to suck. They often forget food, don't fill your fries up all the way, and an extremely long wait time. The worst part is that they don't care if you get sick from their food, I was served a baja blast that burned my tongue and throat when I drank it and tasted odd, I immediately felt very nauseas after a few drinks of the soda and my boyfriend called the store asking what was wrong with the baja blast and that I got sick when I drank it. They said that their soda machine was adding too much syrup into the drinks and that they were sorry. I wish I was told this when I ordered the baja blast instead of drinking it and finding out myself because I would have just ordered a different drink. Don't come here unless you have 2 hours to waste waiting in the drive through, driving home, just to drive back because they forgot half your food and wait in the drive through again.
