No Worries

Put in an online order and the lady in drive thru was a black lady. Didn’t even acknowledge me, looked pissed off and didn’t say one word to me even though I said thank you. She just shut the sliding window shut and walked away. Customer service should be top priority. Even a thank you goes a long way.

Made an order that was for 3 other people and myself. They were not busy when I went through to pick up my order. They put the wrong items in the chalupa box. So that person could not eat because each box was given to person that orders led. The sticker on each box clearly stated what should have been in each box and what should have been in the bag. Im pretty upset about it. Because the one person that ordered a specific special box was messed up and they were the ones that paid for everyone to eat. They couldn't even eat their food because wrong items were put in the box and by time it was noticed the other people had taken their food and left.

I honestly will not order from this specific store ever again for this reason.

Unacceptable when they were clearly not busy at all. Just to lazy to ready the damn ticket correctly

Y'all don't allow folks panhandling from your customers - then WHY are y'all doing exactly the same begging customers as panhandlers ? ? ?
&& then y'all deliberately didn't add the extra sauce I asked 3 times for ! !

No Way

Ordered a meal throu Door Dash. Taco Bell screwed up my order and blamed Door Dash. They didn't make the order! Ordered 2 5 layer burritos with extra beef. The burritos were tiny. Barley two tblspoons of beef on them. I paid extra and didn't get it. Taco Bell service is bad.

Ordered on app well in advance after driving 300 miles. They hadn't started on order. When they gave it to us the missed half the order. Spent 30 minutes getting our food straight. This wasan app order. All of it right in front of them and they still messed it up badly.

Went to pick up my mobile order and could hear the staff loudly swearing from the back. When I got home, come to find missing food items. Reported through the tbell app the missing items. Hearing profanity during peak hours in what is to be a FAMILY FRIENDLY environment screams unprofessional.

As a dasher its sad to watch other people's food being given priority over delivery when you have dasher waiting in the lobby. If you dont want to fulfill your contract with doordash then you need to stop working with doordash
